Mum, it hurts! The airport's firefighter / first aiders are on hand to attend to your every need. The fully qualified first aider / resuscitators are permanently on duty in the terminal. Fortunately major problems are rare and little bumps and bangs are much more frequent than serious accidents.
Their work includes reassuring the little ones, - you will feel a little prick but it won't last long -, dressing minor cuts, disinfecting, and the firefighter / medical professionals can also intervene quickly if necessary.
