What is the procedure for finding lost baggage or objects?
If you do not retrieve your baggage on arrival, you must declare the missing baggage to your airline, which will do everything within its power to find it.
The airline or its assistant will give you a reference number that you must keep.
You will be informed as soon as the airline finds your baggage. You can track progress by contacting your airline’s baggage inquiry department or by using its online baggage search service.
Lost and found
Items found in, or in the immediate vicinity of, the terminal are handed in at the Reception-Information counter in Hall 1.
You can contact our staff by calling 0 892 568 800 (€0.40 per minute). Listen to the recorded announcement twice in order to talk directly to an agent.
If you forget something onboard the aeroplane, contract the baggage inquiry department of your airline.
