Leave your items that are prohibited on board or items to be given to a third party with us
Is your item forbidden on board the aircraft? Would you like to keep it with us while you are away? You can leave your items (keys, knives, perfume bottles over 100ml, etc.):
- Either at the Information Point in Arrival Hall 1
- Or at Security Control ( hand baggage screening)
When you hand us your item, you can either scan the QR code given to you or click on the button below (“Leave my item with Nantes Atlantique”) to choose whether you want your item sent to you or collected at the airport. Sending will only be possible for packages weighing less than 5kgs.
Collect your item :
You can collect your item 24/7:
- Between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. at the Information Point (at Arrival Hall 1)
- Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. at the Parking Information Point (on the pathway opposite the airport- called ‘Caisses Parking’)
- This service will cost €13, plus a surcharge of €3 if the item is collected between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m
The airport operator cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item at the time of check-in.

Your item will be returned to you (in France or abroad) within 15 days of your payment.

Items Guidelines
- Items exceeding the dimensions: 43 x 30 x 12cm will not be accepted in left luggage
- Forbidden items in checked bags will not be accepted
- Certain food products are not accepted. Please ask our staff for more information
