How can I reserve my parking space?
You can reserve your parking space online at least 6 hours before arriving at the airport.
For all urgent questions, please call our switchboard on 0 892 568 800 (€0.40 per minute). To be put directly through to one of our team members at the airport let the pre-recorded message play twice.
How do I log into my Resa account?
Go to https://reservationparking.nantes.aeroport.fr/user/login, and enter either your email address and password or booking number.
I’ve forgotten my password
Click on "Mot de passe oublié ?" underneath the "Se connecter" button. You will then be asked to enter your email address and a link to change your password will then be sent to the email address provided.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or change your reservation in your account. Once logged in, go to "Gérer ma réservation", and select the option "Modifier/annuler résa".
If the price of your new booking has increased, you will need to pay the additional charge online. If the price has decreased, the difference will be automatically refunded to your bank card.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your parking slot.
Do I need to bring any documents with me when I arrive at the airport?
You can print the document "Code réservation à imprimer". However, you can also save the document "Code réservation pour téléphone" on your smartphone.
How do I enter and exit the car park (excluding P11 Éco)?
To enter the car park, scan your barcode (either using the digital or printed version of your reservation code document) at the machine at the car park entrance. You will then be issued a ticket. You can park in any space apart from GIG-GIG spaces (reserved for holders of European disability cards).
To exit the car park, place your ticket in the machine at the exit barrier.
How do I enter and exit the P11 Éco Car Park ?
TO ENTER THE CAR PARK:
- Go to the car park P11 ECO ( (Rue Dieudonné Costes – 44860 SAINT-AIGNAN DE GRAND LIEU), with your booking voucher(on either the digital or printed version)
To make things easier, and to ensure the shuttle bus doesn’t get too crowded, if you are travelling with more than two passengers you can drop them outside the terminal at the Drop-off Point (free of charge for 10 minutes) before heading to the P11 ECO car park.
- You will need to leave your keys with us, and we will park your car. Your keys will be kept in a safe for the duration of your trip.
- Our team will then tell you where to find the shuttle, which will take you directly to the terminal.
TO EXIT THE CAR PARK:
- If you return later than expected- you will need to go to the Parking Information Point to pay the additional parking fee. The Parking Information Point is located on the pathway opposite ‘arrivals 1’.
- Contact us by telephone at the number given in the guide attached in the email of your reservation confirmation to let us know you are arriving
- Head to the 'Navette P11 ECO' bus stop, where you were dropped off on the outbound journey (behind the P1 Couvert car park)
What if I return later than the date/time on my booking?
If you have exceeded the stay in your original booking, you will be charged an overstay fee. To pay this balance, you will need to insert your credit/debit card at the machine at the exit barrier.
Please note: Overstay fees are only applied if the excess period is 4 hours longer than the time you selected.
How do I re-send my confirmation email / booking code/ invoice?
To resend your reservation code to enter the car park or your bill, log in to your account, go to the section “Gérer ma réservation” (in the menu), and then “Mes réservations”. To resend your confirmation email, click “Renvoyer”.
Will there be staff available to help when I arrive, even at nightime?
Our parking team is available at the 'Point Informations' (on the pathway opposite hall 1) 24/7. You can also ring the intercom at the entrance/ exit of all car parks.
How far in advance can I book my parking space?
You can reserve your space up to 10 months in advance and at least 6 hours before your trip.
The booking period must match the duration of your trip.
I don’t know my flight times: can I still reserve a parking space?
We strongly advise that you make your parking reservation as soon as you know your flight times, to avoid having to make any changes. However, if you still wish to book a spot, you can book a spot from 9 am the day of your departure and until 8 pm on the day of your return. You can make changes accordingly (see the section “How to change or cancel my reservation?”).
